
SOMATIC MOVEMENT, YOGA & BODY-BASED MEDITATION

Here is an invitation to slow down and come home to your body.
This course blends gentle somatic movement, restorative yoga, and guided body-based meditation. Together, we will explore practices that support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and deep rest.
Rather than striving or stretching toward an ideal, this is a space for listening – to sensation, breath, and the subtle language of the body. Each session offers simple, nourishing practices to help you release tension, build resilience, and cultivate a more compassionate connection with yourself.
This class is open to anyone interested in engaging with the body in a gentle and respectful way, including those new to these practices. Those working with fatigue are warmly welcome. You’ll be encouraged to honour your own energy levels throughout.
